Cut out the label and attach to the front of your parcel. Postage from the UK is pre-paid for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. It also helpful if you fill in the small box on the form and put it inside your parcel.

SENDING CONSOLES FOR REPAIR / RETURNING ITEMS BY POST

You can send us any console, number of consoles or return an item by post using the returns label provided. Please cut it out and stick it securely to the front of your parcel. Postage from the UK is pre-paid for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size.

REFUND PAYMENTS

When you return goods, the credit adjustment will be made to the credit, debit, store card account or Paypal used as payment for the original order. If you purchase an item with a gift card, refunds will go back to the gift card used to make the purchase. Even if you have spent the money on your gift card, please keep it until you are sure you will not be returning your purchase.
