Speedy service with excellent after sales support. I initially purchased the wrong cable by mistake but the correct cable was dispatched quickly and without fuss (or extra cost) once I had returned the original purchase. Quality service - head and shoulders above some other on line firms.

I ordered some parts to repair a DS console and the smaller parts arrived within 2 days. I waited a week for the rest to appear in case of a post office snafu but it still did not turn up so I rang customer service. The lady I spoke to had no idea why my remaining part (a console case) had not turned up so made sure she had my details right then rang off to go over to the warehouse to check. She called back within 15 minutes and said no-one knew why my case had not been shipped and agreed someone had goofed, double checked exactly what I wanted and also checked I had the tools for the job. This was 2.30pm on Friday. The case arrived 9.30am the next day. I am very impressed with the politeness and speed with which this error was corrected and will definitely use Consoles & Gadgets again as well as recommending them to my friends.
