Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog or use
the search function, until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart
and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will
appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or
remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click
on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be
able to satisfy the order. You can change the contents of your basket or
cancel your order at any time - as it is not confirmed until you are
transferred to a secure page to enter payment details.
Payment & Currencies
We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards are processed Via
Https secure system . Please DO NOT send credit card details by e-mail. Our
online store includes a considerable level of security that is not
included in e-mail.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped Via Royal Mail or Courier for large items, you
can choose either standard Recorded Delivery which takes 1 - 3 days in
the UK and 4 - 6 , or you can choose Special Delivery which if order before 3pm
will be delivered next working day. For reasons of security we will
only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order
online, unless specific arrangements are made with us. If this is not
convenient please contact us and we will make alternate arrangement (we
will need to verify your identity to do this). All packages are sent
using using your choice of service at checkout and require a
signature on delivery.

Pre order / Back order items
Back order - product will be back in
stock and if you order it will be sent as soon as item is back in stock,
this is useful for are limited items etc.
Pre order - Items that have not
been released yet or have no confirmed details or price, items may be
0.00 due to there being no price set, this does not mean the item is
free just unconfirmed.
If you still wish to pre order an item then no
problem, are system will charge postage, which can be refunded at any
time, it simply allows us to add your name to our list for that item,
you will be added to the list and if and when the stock is
available and you will be offered the item at the price etc once
available and confirmed, you do not need to take the item if you have
changed your mind, but you will have the option as and when it is

Console Repairs We offer a full range of console repairs, we have trained Techs with
years of repairing consoles behind us online and locally, whilst
every care is taken to diagnose and repair faults on consoles, we will
always tell you the truth and a true cost of course sometimes the cost
can increase if more issues are found but at this point there is no
charge you will be given the facts if you wish to proceed thats fine
but you can simply say no to the repair we only charge for repairs that
have been done and you have agreed them.
Quotes : if you send you console in for a quote we will
l try to contact you to tell you the price and options after a period of 3
months if we have been unable to contact you we will class your console as scrap
and dispose of it in accordance to ether Wee regulations.

that we can reach you on during office hours, if you have not heard form us
within 3 days please call for a update incase we have been unable to get hold of
you via telephone. if you do not pay the upfront postage cost on the site for
the repair you will have to pay for the postage back to your self, we are happy
to quote for free as long as your happy to pay the postage.
Repairs Agreed : If you have agreed a repair as above we
will try to contact you for a period of no more than 3 months if we have been
unable to contact you, we will class your console as scrap and dispose of it in
accordance to ether Weee regulations.
As above if you are expecting a repair to be completed
please call us and we can take payment to speed up the process.
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect
condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen, or
the item is just not quite what you wanted. If you should wish to return
any item you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to
arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative
will discuss arrangements for return of the goods and issuing a
replacement or refund with you. If you would like to return any goods
please ensure that you contact us by contact usprior to sending them back. This
guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from
us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may
