Nintendo DSi XL due to be released March 2010
At last Nintendo has announced that the New DSi XL will be available from the 5th March 2010.
The New DSi XL The DSi XL will only be available in two colours to start - wine red and dark brown.
The DSi XL will come pre-loaded with the DSi Ware software like Dr Kawashima's:
Little Bit of Brain Training: Arts Edition, Dictionary 6 in 1 with Camera
Function and Flip note Studio, as well as the Standard Nintendo DSi Browser.
DSi XL is the 4th generation of Nintendo's DS handheld console and, as you can
see from the image to the left, owners will benefit from playing on the two 4.2
inch screens which are 93% larger than those on a DS Lite and larger than the
PSP. The two screens also have an improved wider viewing angle so your family
and friends will be able to watch you play games easily.
The console comes with a new larger pen-like stylus in addition to the standard
stylus. According to Nintendo, this new stylus has been designed to make
'extended stylus game play more comfortable to allow better control.
Nintendo has yet to confirm how much DSi XL will cost but back in October 2009,
we were told that the retail price is expected to be higher than that of the DSi.

DSi XL will have the same capabilities as the DSi, meaning you'll be able to
download games from the Nintendo DSi online shop, take photos with the in-built
cameras before customising them and sharing them online, and listen to and mess
around with your music files.

Nintendo DSi released in the UK
We managed to get hands on today with the UK Version of the Nintendo DSi, if your lucky enough to get your hands on one, We were surprised just how good the camera is and of course the voice changing option was a hit with the lads making ranson demands on it.
We have got our first stock of DSi parts and now we can offer DSi Repairs, DSi Top Screens, DSi Power Supplies and so on.

Lots of New Arcade Sticks due
Feb will see the release of at least 10 new Arcade stick for PS3 and the 360, Hori and Madcats are releasing new sticks, and also some Limited edition one handed Controllers, stay tuned for more info we will put these on the Site asap.

Nintendo DSi Titles are region locked ( no imports for us then :-( )
Here's a recent statement from Nintendo
The Nintendo DSi Titles are region locked but not the DS DS Lite titles
Nintendo has issued a statement to us to stop the rumours on the internet refrence region locking, on the new Nintendo DSi.
"DSi software (software that is only compatible with DSi) is region locked, eg: European DSi software can only be played on European DSi's" a Nintendo spokesperson has told us but you will be able to play all current DS and DS Lite titles on any DSi.
CandG Yes yet again us here in UK will of course get the bum deal.
