Step 1. Package up your GHDs for repair with a note of all your contact details and also what has happened.
Step 2. Send your GHDs to us via post or you could also deliver in person if you wish at our Glasgow Offices. (See contact us)
Step 3. Once your GHDs have been received the technicians will have a look at these and we will contact you regarding quote however most of our GHD repairs are only £24.99 - £29.99.
Step 4. If you wish to go ahead we will repair your GHDs and will call you for payment and send these back to you.
Turnaround time usually 2 - 3 days from check in but can be done next working day depending on the fault.
