why come on here and slate the 360, to slate the 360 u have to have played on 1 for a decent amount of time ie bought one. I have a 360 and it is in my av cabinet behind a glass door and it has never overheated or frozen at all and ive had it since the launch. I also have a wii which doesnt have as good graphics as the 360 but the games are different which is good. I do plan to buy a uk ps3 but not for £425 thats just too much for a games console. I can buy a decent pc for that monney for fucks sake, when it hits a more realistic price i will buy one cos buy then the decent games will be starting to come out. The ps2 was the same not worth owning till GTA3 came out. |

I have a PS3 60g bought in singapore ntsc system, but this is no backward compatibility with Pal PS2 eurpean region games, does any one have a solution? or i have to buy a new one in europe?

PS3 quality built is amazing unlike my xbox 360 which only lasted 2 months before it died with 3 red lights.in my honest opinion if you want to waste your money by xbox360,check gamers forums & you will see almost every hour a new thread posted about a dead xbox 360. STAY AWAY. |

why compare the 3 video game consoles. Who has more power. Which one is quieter. This one delivers more the money. LOOK, just do your research and make a sound choice from that. Or, go buy all 3 like me and enjoy the best games from each console. |

I got one in Hong Kong, I think it's beautiful and quite powerful. And it basically doesn't make a sound while working (compare Xbox360, what a vacuum cleaner!). Looking forward to the great games coming up in spring, I'm ready. No HDMI support for flatpanel computer screens though (HDCP), that sucks, but with component video I still get my HD quality. Forget about Microcrap, Sony rules. |

the playstation 3 is nothing new, its the same machine just a little improvement. its too expensive for the same crap graphics that playstation have always produced. all bow to the 360. xbox rules. |

Well considering that the playstation 3 has more computing power than the x-box 360 is a start so give it 2 years time and they will be needing that extra power because of the playstation 3's blue ray disc's that hold 20gb more than an x-box 360 disc. And you just know Bill Gate's will bring out an upgrade for the x-box 360 that you HAVE to but, plus i've played on an x-box 360, what do i think, it overheats to quickly, if you block a quater of the air holes on the case then it overheats in less than 45 mins and some games have a tendancy to freeze.

i think the playstation 3 will be brilliant because it has alot more to offer than the 360 and even though the games and graffics are similar to the 360 the ps3 has loads of features to upgrade on to it so come on ps3!!!!!!!!!!! |

the ps3 is nice but by the look of it it looks just like the 360 but if i jad the money i would get one right away no asking it was about 2years before i got a xbox but i got a ps2 a few months after it was out so you mite know witch mite be better but get the 2 and see what you think is the best :) |

i think the 360 n the ps3 will be pretty similar the graphics are meant to be similar the only thing that is makin the ps3 look better is the quality of games like the ps2 n the original x box arguement was n to be honest the playstation always had far better games so i think ps3 are going to be better. but who knows the new nintendo might surprise us all |

well sony have out did them self by bring out ps2 slim and then it got better wen they brough out psp and that sold out quick. so i see the ps3 being better then xbox 360 |

Considering that Sony actually showed fake video footage of there games (cgi) may prove that it is no where near as good as the 360,so if they are having to fake these it makes me wonder if it will be any good after all even though i am a 360 fan and have never been a fan of playstation i shall wait and see (but won't hold my breath) if it really does live up to all the hype. But with games like Halo3 , Gears of war etc coming out on the 360 the playstation has a heavy time ahead of it. I agree one thing it does look very stylish and modern but i think they should have put a little more thought into that controller. But all this said i will no doubt end up getting one to run alongside my 360. |

PS3 is the BEST!!! Its o muh better than the X-BOX 360, in my opinion. The controls are sick too, soo cool. Loving the new design, vry modern. Cant wait til its releases.

Must agree with previous reviews.. that controller is sooooo ugly !!!... lets hope these gamers who throw their controllers about when losing games, duck when it comes hurtling back at them ... but the overall spec and design of the console is first class.. nice one sony !!!!..
