If I had to recommend one console to have out of every one iv ever owned and believe me thats just about everyone released. I would have to say that the SEGA Dreamcast would be the finest console iv ever had the pleasure of owning. Although not the sucess SEGA had wished for mainly due to stiff competition from Sony. The Dreamcast had some of the most amazing titles around and even now they dont look dated at all. Games like Shenmue, Virtua Tennis, Sonic Adventure, Resident Evil Code Veronika, Power Stone, Virtua striker, House of the dead 2 and just about every other major SEGA arcade release made an appearance on the Dreamcast. Every Genre was covered and with games costing but a few pounds these days you would be crazy not to tap into the wonderful world of the Dreamcast. I have a universal Dreamcast and have found games that never even made it here to the UK thanks to an on-line auction site :) So take my advise and get one you wont regret it.

The Sega Dreamcast has to be by far one of the (if not) best consoles of all time period. The vast amount of fantastic games that were released for the hardware such as Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, Power Stone 2, Soul Calibur and more were supported even more by internet browsing, online gaming, a built in CD player and even the ability to play your favourite MP3s and VCD films on it! Truly a breakthrough for gaming and it is a must have for anyone with a passion for computer games.
